Current Demo Reel
I continue to pursue my interest of cg. Since I last posted I have learn to rig and model characters. I am working on speeding up my workflow and drawing as well as doing 2d animation and even motion graphics.
Last fall I was giving the opportunity to be an intern animator at the University of Arkansas Global Campus. I make anything from 3d assets to characters to 2d animations and whatever else the team thinks of to create a visual learning experience for students. It's very fun and an incredible program. It only began a few years ago and they're ramping up production in the coming months. It's a great learning experience and I get to use my graphic design degree with my animation and 3d modeling and rigging skills.
Here are some of my creations. More to come soon!
I also got to visit the Northwest Arkansas Fablab recently and gained access to their 3d scanner! They are still working out the bugs and they said I could help! Here are some images from my scans. I am working on perfecting the models.

One last thing, I forgot! I took animation at Nwacc last Fall. It was an intro class but I got to meet a lot of cool people interested in animation. I help teach a rigging demo using Mixamo's auto rigger and by the end of the semister each student had a entirely original character animation! This was their first time using Maya and I was super impressed. I decided to create a page to post everyone's work and came up with the concept for NWAnimators. Check out our video here.

Summer 2015
Hello World!
I am well. I have yet to really release anything complete or begin to apply for positions. I did a small internship for fun this summer but I enjoy day jobs where I can talk to people while I learn more art and technology.
Here is my first attempt at working in Modo using a Digital Tutors course.
I also tested out Unreal Engine 4
with a Digital Tutors course on Architectural visualization.

I'm going to make a website soon. My animation skills are getting better. I'm also learning zbrush and after effects atm. Still getting animation nice though. Finished up at the University and I'm just leveling up for a few episodes.

Hey Fans!
I got my first animation job!!! I know I have abandoned my blog as things are taking over irl but yeah...
I will be doing freelance animation for Sour Squirrel Studios.
They currently have this show as well as doing commercials for the sponsors. They're on their 8th season and it's gotten several awards. It airs on NBC's Sport Outdoors...
A real show! :D
I met with animator of Sour Squirrel, Joseph Bowie. He's a cool dude and we have a lot in common :) When he has free time from the super tight deadlines he puts these wonderful John K-esk clips into the show!
I have been working on a few new shots of my own, none are totally polished so I'll wait to post those. Stay tuned :)
