Bishop 2.0!!!

Finally got the Bishop update which allows me to tweak every aspect of Bishop turning him into any character. This is going to be fun :D

Have to choose some dialogue for two...

Here is the shot I worked on from the last half of class 4 and adding facial animation to in class 5.

I'll be done with this shot in 2 weeks so this isn't the final version...

First time doing facial animation so it's not there yet.

Into acting I go...

Finished up Advance Body Mechanics. Here's the past 3 projects (along with all the past ones)

My animation still isn't perfect yet but I can see what's wrong with it a lot better now.

Class 4 should be fun. My first project I'm using a Flour Sack character... on a skateboard :)

So I'm kind of a lousy blogger... been busy doing animation!

In Class 2 we worked on 3 shots... Here's the reel of everything so far...

I'm still not the best at polishing but I'm getting there :)

Class 3 will be awesome. We do 3 shots but we can connect them with a theme... and start some acting.

Well, post back in a whiles...

Oh, by the way.... My new mentor is Mike Gasaway. He worked on Jimmy Neutron and some other Nickelodeon shows... I use to watch Jimmy Neutron when I was little :p so that will be cool... well, tootles.

I'm not dead...yet

In Class II we're given 4 weeks on projects. Week One we shoot reference, week 2 block it, week 3 more blocking, and then they're due on week 4. This being week four I can actually show you something.

Here it is:

Kinda boring, yes? I was going for that :) I was just going for the weight.

Next four weeks will be interesting. My next project is a bit more exciting.

I'm not going to tell you what it is but here's my reference for it.

We got some new models this week. A Stu without arms and a Ballie with arms.... fun fun.

Back from a long winters nap...

Winter break was fun. Didn't really do much but it was nice. For xmas I got some cool sculpting and rigging books (along with some random stuff like a daily calender of The Onion:] )

Class 2 is here. It will be done before I know it. My mentor this time is Elliott Roberts (no relation... that I know of) My goals are to animate with better... well, body mechanics. Also I want to get better at drawing people and capturing poses. Well, here... we... go!
